She has worked at Westside Pet Hospital since 2010. She received her associate degree in Veterinary Technology from Shasta College. She enjoys many aspects of her job, but especially surgical assisting, dental care, and preventative care. She has lived in this area for her entire life and is very fond the beautiful surroundings and all the outdoor activities it has to offer. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her sons, mountain bike riding, hiking, hanging out at the lake, and reading.
Cheyenne is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians who joined our team in 2015. She is a graduate of Humboldt State University, and has a strong interest in anesthesia and surgical assisting. When Cheyenne is not working she enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with family. She currently shares her home with two dogs, Wilson and Honey, and a rescue cat named King.
Carisa, Veterinary Assistant
Carisa is one of our dedicated veterinary assistants who has been working at Westside Pet Hospital since 2014. She has a passion for animal care, advocacy, and training. Carisa has strong ambitions to pursue animal behavior in order to help improve the owner-pet relationship. When not at work Carisa enjoys training her horses and hanging out with her dogs, ducks and chickens. She also enjoys restoring old muscle cars with her fiancé.
Jennifer is one of our amazing receptionists who has been here at Westside pet hospital since 2005. She recognizes your pets and calls them by name as you walk through the door. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 20 years as an assistant and a receptionist. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children and shredding the local single track on her mountain bike when not helping you and your pets. If she doesn’t have an answer to your questions, she will find it.
